성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제43조의2(출입국 시 신고의무 등)

① 등록대상자가 6개월 이상 국외에 체류하기 위하여 출국하는 경우에는 미리 관할경찰관서의 장에게 체류국가 및 체류기간 등을 신고하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 신고한 등록대상자가 입국하였을 때에는 특별한 사정이 없으면 14일 이내에 관할경찰관서의 장에게 입국 사실을 신고하여야 한다. 제1항에 따른 신고를 하지 아니하고 출국하여 6개월 이상 국외에 체류한 등록대상자가 입국하였을 때에도 또한 같다.

③ 관할경찰관서의 장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 신고를 받았을 때에는 지체 없이 법무부장관에게 해당 정보를 송달하여야 한다.
