성폭력범죄자의 성충동 약물치료에 관한 법률 제11조(치료명령 판결 등의 통지)

① 법원은 제8조제1항에 따라 치료명령을 선고한 때에는 그 판결이 확정된 날부터 3일 이내에 치료명령을 받은 사람의 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소의 장에게 판결문의 등본과 준수사항을 적은 서면을 송부하여야 한다.

② 교도소, 소년교도소, 구치소 및 치료감호시설의 장은 치료명령을 받은 사람이 석방되기 3개월 전까지 치료명령을 받은 사람의 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소의 장에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
