Certified Tax Accountant Act, Article 5-2 (Partial Exemption from Examination)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 제1차 시험을 면제한다. <개정 2020.6.9, 2021.11.23>

1. 국세(관세는 제외한다. 이하 같다)에 관한 행정사무에 종사한 경력이 10년 이상인 사람

1. 탄핵이나 징계처분에 따라 그 직에서 파면되거나 해임된 사람
