소득세법 제118조의18(국외전출자 주식등에 대한 준용규정 등)

① 국외전출자 주식등에 대한 양도소득세에 관하여는 제90조, 제92조제3항, 제102조제2항, 제114조, 제116조 및 제117조를 준용한다. <개정 2025.12.23>
