소방공무원 승진임용 규정 제36조(부정행위자에 대한 조치)

①시험에 있어서 부정행위를 한 소방공무원에 대하여는 당해 시험을 정지 또는 무효로 하며, 당해 소방공무원은 5년간 이 영에 의한 시험에 응시할 수 없다.

②시험실시권자는 제1항의 규정에 의한 부정행위를 한 자의 명단을 그 임용권자에게 통보하여야 하며, 통보를 받은 임용권자는 관할징계의결기관에 징계의결을 요구하여야 한다.
