소방공무원 승진임용 규정 제4조(승진임용 구분별 임용비율과 승진임용예정 인원수의 책정)

①소방공무원의 승진임용예정인원수는 당해 연도의 실제결원 및 예상되는 결원을 고려하여 임용권자(「소방공무원 임용령」 제3조에 따라 임용권을 위임받은 사람을 포함한다. 이하 같다)가 정한다. <개정 1999.9.9, 2004.5.24, 2010.12.27, 2019.11.5, 2020.3.10, 2024.8.13>

②「소방공무원법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제14조제2항 단서에 따라 심사승진임용과 시험승진임용을 병행하는 경우에는 승진임용예정 인원수의 60퍼센트를 심사승진임용예정 인원수로, 40퍼센트를 시험승진임용예정 인원수로 한다. <개정 1986.4.26, 1999.9.9, 2005.3.31, 2010.12.27, 2020.3.10, 2024.1.2>

③제2항의 규정에 의한 계급별 승진임용예정인원수를 정함에 있어서 제4항의 규정에 의하여 특별승진임용예정인원수를 따로 책정한 경우에는 당초 승진임용예정인원수에서 특별승진임용예정인원수를 뺀 인원수를 당해 계급의 승진임용예정인원수로 한다. <신설 1999.9.9>

④ 제1항에 따라 소방경 이하 계급으로의 승진임용예정 인원수를 정하는 경우에는 해당 계급으로의 승진임용예정 인원수의 30퍼센트 이내에서 특별승진임용예정 인원수를 따로 정할 수 있다. 다만, 제38조제1항제1호ㆍ제4호ㆍ제5호 및 같은 조 제2항에 따른 특별승진의 경우에는 그 비율을 초과하여 정할 수 있다. <개정 2024.1.2>
