소방기본법 제39조의5(소방산업과 관련된 기술개발 등의 지원)

① 국가는 소방산업과 관련된 기술(이하 "소방기술"이라 한다)의 개발을 촉진하기 위하여 기술개발을 실시하는 자에게 그 기술개발에 드는 자금의 전부나 일부를 출연하거나 보조할 수 있다.

② 국가는 우수소방제품의 전시ㆍ홍보를 위하여 「대외무역법」 제4조제2항에 따른 무역전시장 등을 설치한 자에게 다음 각 호에서 정한 범위에서 재정적인 지원을 할 수 있다.
