소방산업의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조(소방산업공제조합의 설립인가절차 등)

① 법 제23조제1항에 따라 소방산업공제조합(이하 "공제조합"이라 한다)을 설립하려면 조합원의 자격이 있는 소방사업자 10명 이상이 발기하고 창립총회에서 정관을 의결한 후 소방청장에게 인가를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 소방청장은 제1항에 따른 인가를 하였을 때에는 이를 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 공제조합이 설립되고 임원이 선임될 때까지의 필요한 사무는 발기인이 맡는다.
