소방시설공사업법 시행규칙 제29조(소방기술자 실무교육기관의 지정기준)

① 법 제29조제4항에 따라 소방기술자에 대한 실무교육기관의 지정을 받으려는 자가 갖추어야 하는 실무교육에 필요한 기술인력 및 시설장비는 별표 6과 같다.

② 제1항에 따라 실무교육기관의 지정을 받으려는 자는 비영리법인이어야 한다.
