소방시설공사업법 시행규칙 제36조(교육대상자 관리 및 교육실적 보고)

① 실무교육기관등의 장은 그 해의 교육이 끝난 후 직능별ㆍ지역별 교육수료자 명부를 작성하여 소방본부장 또는 소방서장에게 다음 해 1월 말까지 알려야 한다.

② 실무교육기관등의 장은 매년 1월 말까지 전년도 교육 횟수ㆍ인원 및 대상자 등 교육실적을 소방청장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
