Article 7 (Report on Succession to Status, etc.)

① 법 제7조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 소방시설업자 지위 승계를 신고하려는 자는 그 상속일, 양수일, 합병일 또는 인수일부터 30일 이내에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 협회에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2015.8.4, 2020.1.15, 2021.6.10>

② 제1항에 따라 소방시설업자 지위 승계를 신고하려는 상속인이 법 제6조의2제1항에 따른 폐업 신고를 함께 하려는 경우에는 제1항제2호다목 전단의 서류 중 제2조제1항제1호 및 제5호의 서류만을 첨부하여 제출할 수 있다. 이 경우 같은 항 제1호 및 제5호의 "신청인"은 "신고인"으로 본다. <신설 2020.1.15>

③ 제1항에 따른 신고서를 제출받은 협회는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따라 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인해야 한다. 다만, 신고인이 제2호부터 제4호까지의 서류의 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 해당 서류(제2호의 경우에는 사업자등록증 사본을 말한다)를 제출하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2013.11.22, 2015.8.4, 2020.1.15, 2025.5.15>
