소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제42조(시험의 시행 및 공고)

① 관리사시험은 매년 1회 시행하는 것을 원칙으로 하되, 소방청장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 횟수를 늘리거나 줄일 수 있다.
