수도권정비계획법 시행령 제31조(실무위원회의 소집 및 의결정족수)

① 실무위원회의 회의는 분기별로 개최한다. 다만, 실무위원회의 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 임시회를 소집할 수 있다.

② 실무위원회의 회의는 실무위원회의 위원장을 포함한 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
