Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Fishing Industry and Fishing Villages Development, Article 13 (Composition of Si/Gun/Gu Councils)

① 시ㆍ군ㆍ구심의회는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 2명을 포함하여 35명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 시ㆍ군ㆍ구심의회의 위원장은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 되고, 부위원장 중 1명은 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ자치구의 부시장ㆍ부군수 또는 부구청장이 되며, 다른 1명은 제3항제2호부터 제4호까지의 규정에 따른 위원 중에서 호선한다.

나. 수산업ㆍ어촌 관련 단체ㆍ행정기관ㆍ사업체 등에서 5년 이상 종사하고 있거나 종사하였던 사람

4. 해당 지역의 수산업 발전을 선도할 수 있는 수산인: 13명 이내
