수산자원관리법 시행령 제28조(조성금의 부과 및 납부방법)

① 행정관청은 법 제44조제1항 각 호의 사유가 발생한 날부터 5일 이내에 제26조의 부과기준에 따라 산정한 조성금을 부과한다.

② 행정관청은 조성금을 부과ㆍ징수하려면 납부대상, 납부금액, 납부기한 및 납부장소 등을 적은 납부고지서를 발급하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 부과된 조성금은 부과일부터 60일 이내의 납부기한까지 내야 한다. 다만, 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 납부기한까지 조성금을 낼 수 없을 때에는 그 사유가 없어진 날부터 10일 이내에 내야 한다.

④ 행정관청은 조성금 납부대상자가 「중소기업기본법」 제2조에 따른 중소기업자인 경우에는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조성금을 분할 납부하게 할 수 있다. <신설 2025.12.30>

⑤ 조성금을 부과받은 자는 그 부과금액에 이의가 있는 경우 그 납부고지서를 받은 날부터 90일 이내에 이의신청을 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.12.30>
