시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법 제64조(벌칙)

① 업무상 과실로 제63조제1항 각 호의 죄를 범한 자는 5년 이하의 징역이나 금고 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
