식품산업진흥법 시행령 제32조의2(원산지인증의 표시방법)

① 원산지인증을 받은 가공식품 사업자가 그 인증표시를 하려는 경우에는 인증받은 품목의 제품ㆍ포장ㆍ용기의 표면 등에 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 인증표시 및 표시사항을 부착하여야 한다. <개정 2021.2.19>

② 원산지인증을 받은 음식점등의 영업자가 그 인증표시를 하려는 경우에는 인증받은 음식점등의 간판이나 메뉴판 또는 음식점 내부ㆍ외부의 보기 쉬운 곳에 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 인증표시 및 표시사항을 부착하거나 현판을 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2021.2.19>
