신라왕경 핵심유적 복원ㆍ정비에 관한 특별법 시행령 제4조(연도별 시행계획의 수립)

① 법 제6조제1항에 따른 연도별 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2024.5.14>

② 경주시장은 매년 12월 31일까지 다음 연도의 시행계획을 수립하여 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.14>

③ 국가유산청장은 법 제6조제1항에 따라 시행계획을 승인한 경우에는 그 사실을 경상북도지사와 경주시장에게 각각 알려야 하며, 경상북도지사와 경주시장은 지체 없이 시행계획을 해당 기관의 게시판 및 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.14>
