신용보증기금법 시행령 제16조(위원장의 직무)

①운영위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 회의는 위원장이 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

②위원장이 사고가 있는 때에는 기금의 전무이사, 위원장이 지명하는 위원의 순위로 그 직무를 대행한다.
