신탁법 제137조(제외된 채권자에 대한 변제)

청산 중인 유한책임신탁의 신탁채권자가 제134조제1항의 신고기간 내에 그 채권을 신고하지 아니한 경우에는 그 채권은 청산에서 제외된다. 이 경우 청산에서 제외된 채권자는 분배되지 아니한 잔여재산에 대하여만 변제를 청구할 수 있다.
