신탁법 제55조(사무의 인계)

① 수탁자가 변경된 경우 전수탁자와 그 밖의 관계자는 신탁사무의 계산을 하고, 수익자의 입회하에 신수탁자에게 사무를 인계하여야 한다.

② 수익자가 제1항의 계산을 승인한 경우에는 전수탁자나 그 밖의 관계자의 수익자에 대한 인계에 관한 책임은 면제된 것으로 본다. 다만, 부정행위가 있었던 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
