신탁법 제69조(신탁관리인의 임무 종료)

Trust Act, Article 69 (Termination of Duties of Trust Supervisor)

① 제67조제1항에 따라 선임된 신탁관리인은 수익자가 특정되거나 존재하게 되면 임무가 종료된다.

② 제67조제2항에 따라 선임된 신탁관리인은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 임무가 종료된다.

1. 미성년자인 수익자가 성년에 도달한 경우

2. 수익자가 한정치산선고ㆍ금치산선고의 취소심판을 받은 경우

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 신탁관리인의 임무가 종료된 경우 수익자 또는 신탁관리인은 수탁자에게 신탁관리인의 임무 종료 사실을 통지하지 아니하면 수탁자에게 대항하지 못한다.
