실험동물에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제18조(우수실험동물생산시설의 지정사항 변경)

① 제17조에 따라 우수실험동물생산시설로 지정받은 자는 법 제15조제1항 후단에 따라 제16조에 따른 지정기준에 관한 사항이 변경되면 변경된 날부터 30일 이내에 별지 제13호서식에 따른 변경신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 식품의약품안전처장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 식품의약품안전처장은 제1항에 따라 변경신청을 받으면 그 신청내용이 제16조에 따른 지정기준에 적합한 경우에는 우수실험동물생산시설 지정서에 변경사항을 적은 후 이를 내주어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
