아동복지법 제37조(취약계층 아동에 대한 통합서비스지원)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 아동의 건강한 성장과 발달을 도모하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 아동의 성장 및 복지 여건이 취약한 가정을 선정하여 그 가정의 지원대상아동과 가족을 대상으로 보건, 복지, 보호, 교육, 치료 등을 종합적으로 지원하는 통합서비스를 실시한다.

② 제1항에 따른 통합서비스지원의 대상 선정, 통합서비스의 내용 및 수행기관ㆍ수행인력 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 보건복지부장관은 통합서비스지원사업의 운영지원에 관한 업무를 법인, 단체 등에 위탁할 수 있다.
