Act on Prevention of and Support for Child Poverty, etc., Article 8 (Establishment of the Committee for the Prevention of Child Poverty)

① 종합적인 빈곤아동정책의 수립 및 관계 기관 간의 연계ㆍ조정과 상호협력을 위하여 「아동복지법」 제10조제1항에 따른 아동정책조정위원회의 분과위원회로 아동빈곤예방위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2011.8.4>

② 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ조정한다.
