아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제32조(이송)

① 아동보호사건을 송치 받은 법원은 사건이 그 관할에 속하지 아니하거나 적정한 조사ㆍ심리를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 결정으로 그 사건을 즉시 다른 관할 법원에 이송하여야 한다.

② 법원은 제1항에 따른 이송결정을 한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 사유를 첨부하여 아동학대행위자와 피해아동, 그 법정대리인, 변호사 및 검사에게 통지하여야 한다.
