아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제5조(아동학대중상해)

제2조제4호가목부터 다목까지의 아동학대범죄를 범한 사람이 아동의 생명에 대한 위험을 발생하게 하거나 불구 또는 난치의 질병에 이르게 한 때에는 3년 이상의 징역에 처한다.
