아시아문화중심도시 조성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제21조(자금의 출자)

①법 제25조제3항에 따라 아시아문화중심도시조성 특별회계로부터 출자를 받으려는 자는 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 출자요청서에 제20조제4항에 따른 투자분 인정서를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

②문화체육관광부장관은 제1항에 따라 출자를 요청한 자에게는 제20조제4항에 따른 투자분으로 인정받은 금액의 2배 이내 금액의 범위에서 자금을 출자할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29>

③제2항에 따라 출자를 받은 자는 매 회계연도 종료 후 3개월 이내에 문화산업 관련 자금의 사용 내용을 적은 결산서를 문화체육관광부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
