액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 시행규칙 제24조(액화석유가스 수출입업의 변경등록)

① 법 제17조제2항에 따라 액화석유가스 수출입업의 변경등록을 하려는 자는 영 제7조 각 호의 사항이 변경된 날부터 30일 이내에 별지 제23호서식의 액화석유가스 수출입업 변경등록신청서에 변경내용을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 한국석유관리원에 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 한국석유관리원은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서(영 제7조제2호의 경우만 해당한다)를 확인하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 한국석유관리원은 신청내용을 확인하고 그 결과를 산업통상부장관에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 제3항에 따른 통지를 받은 산업통상부장관은 액화석유가스 수출입업의 변경등록을 한 경우에는 해당 신청인에게 액화석유가스 수출입업 등록증을 재발급(액화석유가스 수출입업 등록증의 기재사항이 변경된 경우만 해당한다)하고 그 사실을 한국석유관리원에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑤ 제4항에 따른 통지를 받은 한국석유관리원은 별지 제22호서식의 액화석유가스 수출입업 등록대장에 그 사실을 기록하여야 한다.
