액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 시행규칙 제49조의5(시공내용의 통보 등)

① 법 제35조제2항에 따라 가스시설시공업자가 해당 액화석유가스 배관망공급사업자에게 그 시공할 내용을 미리 알려주어야 하는 가스공급시설이나 가스사용시설의 설치공사 또는 변경공사는 액화석유가스 배관망공급사업자의 공급권역에 포함되지 않은 지역에서의 다음 각 호의 설치공사 또는 변경공사로 한다.

② 법 제35조제2항에 따라 가스시설시공업자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 공사 착공일 15일 이전에 해당 액화석유가스 배관망공급사업자에게 알려주어야 하고, 해당 액화석유가스 배관망공급사업자는 가스시설시공업자로부터 통보받은 날부터 7일 이내에 가스공급시설의 설치계획 및 공급능력 등에 미치는 영향 등의 검토결과를 그 가스시설시공업자와 액화석유가스를 사용하려는 자에게 알려 주어야 한다.
