액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 제25조(공급규정)

① 액화석유가스 집단공급사업자는 액화석유가스의 요금과 그 밖의 공급 조건에 관한 공급규정을 정하려는 경우에는 허가관청에 신고하여야 한다. 신고한 사항 중 산업통상부령으로 정하는 중요 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2022.2.3, 2025.10.1>

② 허가관청은 제1항에 따른 신고 또는 변경신고를 받은 경우 그 내용을 검토하여 이 법에 적합하면 신고를 수리하여야 한다. <신설 2022.2.3>
