약사법 제91조(한국희귀ㆍ필수의약품센터의 설립)

①다음 각 호의 의약품에 대한 각종 정보 제공 및 공급(조제 및 투약 업무를 포함한다. 이하 같다) 등에 관한 업무를 하기 위하여 한국희귀ㆍ필수의약품센터(이하 "센터"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2016.12.2, 2018.12.11>

(1) A어 Korea코^r리아 Orphan오^f픈 and앤드 Essential에센실 Drug드^r러그 Center센터 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Center")센터 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 work워크 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 provision프^r러^v비전 of어^v브 various^v베^r리어스 kinds카인즈 of어^v브 information인^f퍼메이션 on,안 and앤드 the^ð더 supply서플라이 (including인클루딩 dispensing디스펜싱 and앤드 administration;애드미니스트^r레이션 the^ð더 same세임 applies어플라이즈 hereinafter)히^r리내^f프터 of,어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 drugs:드^r러그즈

②센터는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Center센터 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 센터의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다. <신설 2018.12.11>

(3) The^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Center센터 shall섈 state스테잇 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

④ 센터가 정관의 기재사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 식품의약품안전처장의 인가를 받아야 한다. <신설 2018.12.11>

(4) Where웨어 the^ð더 Center센터 intends인텐즈 to투 change체인지 the^ð더 matters매터즈 stated스테이티드 in인 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association,어소우시에이션 it잇 shall섈 obtain어브테인 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Food^f푸드 and앤드 Drug드^r러그 Safety.세이^f프티

⑤센터에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2018.12.11>

(5) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 concerning컨서닝 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 foundations^f파운데이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð더 Center.센터

⑥제1항에 따른 센터의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.12.11>
