Aquaculture Industry Development Act, Article 14 (License Conditions)
면허권자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 면허에 조건을 붙일 수 있다.
The licensing authority may attach conditions to a license in any of the following cases:
1. 양식업 조정 및 「수산업법」에 따른 어업조정을 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우
1. Where it is recognized as necessary for aquaculture coordination and fishery coordination under the Fisheries Act;
2. 면허를 하려는 수면이 제26조제1항제1호부터 제7호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우
2. Where the water surface for which the license is sought falls under any of Article 26 (1) 1 through 7.
