양식산업발전법 제16조(공동신청)

① 둘 이상이 공동으로 면허를 받으려는 경우에는 그 중 하나를 대표자로 정하여 신청서에 부기(附記)하여야 한다. 면허를 받은 자가 이 법에 따른 신고서를 작성하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 둘 이상이 대표자를 정하지 아니할 경우에는 그 중 하나를 대표자로 정하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 면허권자에게 신고하여야 한다. 이 경우 대표자를 변경한 때에도 같은 절차를 거쳐야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 신고를 하지 아니한 경우에는 면허권자가 대표자를 지정한다.
