어린이제품 안전 특별법 시행규칙 제27조(안전인증표시의 기준과 방법 등)

① 법 제19조제2항에 따른 안전인증표시(이하 "안전인증표시"라 한다)의 기준과 방법은 별표 7과 같다.

(1) The^ð더 standards스탠더즈 and앤드 methods메^θ써즈 of어^v브 safety세이^f프티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 marks마크스 under언더 Article아터클 19 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "safety세이^f프티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 marks")마크스 shall섈 be비 as애즈 specified스페서^f파이드 in인 attached어태치트 Table테이블 7.

② 법 제19조제5항에 따른 주의 또는 경고의 표시(이하 "안전인증대상어린이제품주의ㆍ경고표시"라 한다)의 기준과 방법은 별표 8과 같다.

(2) The^ð더 standards스탠더즈 and앤드 methods메^θ써즈 of어^v브 caution카션 or오 warning워닝 labels레이블즈 under언더 Article아터클 19 (5) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "caution카션 and앤드 warning워닝 labels레이블즈 for^f포 children's칠드^r런즈 products프^r라덕츠 subject서브젝트 to투 safety세이^f프티 certification")서터^f퍼케이션 shall섈 be비 as애즈 specified스페서^f파이드 in인 attached어태치트 Table테이블 8.

③ 안전인증표시 및 안전인증대상어린이제품주의ㆍ경고표시는 국내에서 제조하는 어린이제품의 경우에는 출고 전에 표시하여야 하고, 외국에서 제조하여 국내로 수입하는 어린이제품의 경우에는 통관 전에 표시하여야 한다. 다만, 법 제17조제1항제2호에 따른 안전인증을 받은 경우에는 제15조제5항에 따른 안전성 증명서를 발급받은 후 지체 없이 안전인증표시 및 안전인증대상어린이제품주의ㆍ경고표시를 하여야 한다.

(3) Safety세이^f프티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 marks마크스 and앤드 caution카션 and앤드 warning워닝 labels레이블즈 for^f포 children's칠드^r런즈 products프^r라덕츠 subject서브젝트 to투 safety세이^f프티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 shall섈 be비 affixed어^f픽스트 before비^f포 shipment쉽먼트 in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 children's칠드^r런즈 products프^r라덕츠 manufactured매뉴^f팩처드 in인 Korea,코^r리아 and앤드 before비^f포 customs커스텀즈 clearance클리^r런스 in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 children's칠드^r런즈 products프^r라덕츠 manufactured매뉴^f팩처드 abroad어브^r로드 and앤드 imported임포티드 into인투 Korea:코^r리아 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 where웨어 safety세이^f프티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 under언더 Article아터클 17 (1) 2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 has해즈 been빈 obtained,어브테인드 the^ð더 safety세이^f프티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 mark마크 and앤드 the^ð더 caution카션 and앤드 warning워닝 labels레이블즈 for^f포 children's칠드^r런즈 products프^r라덕츠 subject서브젝트 to투 safety세이^f프티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 shall섈 be비 affixed어^f픽스트 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 after애^f프터 the^ð더 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 safety세이^f프티 under언더 Article아터클 15 (5) has해즈 been빈 issued.이슈드
