어린이제품 안전 특별법 시행규칙 제40조(공급자적합성확인 등)

① 법 제25조제1항에 따라 공급자적합성 확인대상어린이제품의 제조업자 및 수입업자는 해당 공급자적합성확인대상어린이제품을 출고하기 전이나 통관하기 전에 모델별(안전기준상에 모델구분이 있는 제품에만 해당한다)로 제품시험을 실시하거나 제3자에게 시험을 의뢰하여 해당 어린이제품에 대한 공급자적합성확인을 하여야 한다.

② 공급자적합성확인 후 별지 제28호서식의 공급자적합성 확인서를 즉시 작성ㆍ비치하여야 한다.
