Enforcement Rule of the Special Act on Safety of Children's Products, Article 44 (Collection and Management of Safety Information)

국가기술표준원장은 법 제28조제1항에 따라 어린이제품안전정책의 수립ㆍ집행과 어린이제품사고의 예방을 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 수집ㆍ관리하여야 한다.
