언론중재 및 피해구제 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(조정·중재 절차 등의 중지)

① 법 제10조제2항에 따른 제척신청이 있을 때에는 해당 중재위원이 속한 중재부는 그 신청에 대한 결정이 있을 때까지 조정절차 또는 중재절차를 중지하여야 한다.

② 법 제10조제2항 및 제3항에 따라 제척 또는 기피 신청이 있는 경우에 제척 또는 기피 신청을 한 날부터 그 결정에 이르기까지 걸린 기간은 법 제19조제2항 및 법 제22조제1항 후단에 따른 조정 처리기간 및 직권조정 처리기간에 산입(算入)하지 아니한다.
