Enforcement Decree of the Engineering Industry Promotion Act, Article 41 (Content and Methods of the Engineering Project Implementation Process)

① 발주청은 법 제30조에 따라 엔지니어링사업을 효율적으로 시행하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 시행과정에 따라 시행하여야 하며, 엔지니어링사업을 발주하려는 경우에는 엔지니어링사업자에게 발주하여야 한다.

② 발주청은 엔지니어링사업이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제1항에 따른 엔지니어링 시행과정의 일부를 조정하여 시행할 수 있다.

(2) An앤 ordering오더^r링 agency에이전시 may메이 adjust어저스트 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð디 engineering엔저니^r링 implementation임플러멘테이션 process프^r라세스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) where웨어 the^ð디 engineering엔저니^r링 project프^r라젝트 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 총 사업비가 2억원 미만인 경우

2. 재해복구 등 긴급한 조치가 필요한 경우

3. 엔지니어링사업의 특성상 제1항에 따른 시행과정을 따르기 곤란하다고 인정되는 경우
