여객자동차 운수사업법 시행규칙 제102조(수수료)

① 법 제80조에 따라 면허ㆍ등록ㆍ허가ㆍ인가 등을 신청하거나 신고를 하는 자(이하 이 조에서 "신청인 또는 신고인"이라 한다)가 내야 할 수수료는 별표 7과 같다.

(1) The^ð더 fees^f피즈 to투 be비 paid페이드 by바이 a어 person퍼슨 who후 applies어플라이즈 for^f포 a어 license,라이슨스 registration,^r레지스트^r레이션 permission,퍼미션 authorization,오^θ써^r러제이션 etc.엣세터^r러 or오 files^f파일즈 a어 report^r리포트 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 80 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "applicant애플리컨트 or오 reporter"^r리포터 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 shall섈 be비 as애즈 specified스페서^f파이드 in인 attached어태치트 Table테이블 7.

② 신청인 또는 신고인은 수수료를 내는 경우 국토교통부장관에게 제출하는 신청서 또는 신고서에는 수입인지를 붙이고, 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하는 신청서 또는 신고서에는 시ㆍ도의 수입증지를 붙이며, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 제출하는 신청서 또는 신고서에는 시ㆍ군 또는 구의 수입증지를 붙여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.12.29>

(2) When웬 paying페이잉 fees,^f피즈 an앤 applicant애플리컨트 or오 reporter^r리포터 shall섈 affix애^f픽스 revenue^r레^v버누 stamps스탬프스 to투 an앤 application애플러케이션 or오 report^r리포트 submitted서브미티드 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport,트^r랜스포트 affix애^f픽스 revenue^r레^v버누 certificates서티^f피킷츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Do시 to투 an앤 application애플러케이션 or오 report^r리포트 submitted서브미티드 to투 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor,거^v버너 and앤드 affix애^f픽스 revenue^r레^v버누 certificates서티^f피킷츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si,시 Gun,건 or오 Gu구 to투 an앤 application애플러케이션 or오 report^r리포트 submitted서브미티드 to투 the^ð더 mayor메이어 of어^v브 a어 Si,시 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Gun,건 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Gu.구

③ 국토교통부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제2항에도 불구하고 정보통신망을 이용하여 전자화폐ㆍ전자결제 등의 방법으로 수수료를 내게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
