여권법 시행령 제26조의3(긴급한 인도적 사유에 따른 예외적 여권 발급)

① 법 제12조의3에서 "긴급한 인도적 사유 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유"란 국외에 체류하고 있는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람의 사망 또는 이에 준하는 중대한 질병이나 사고로 인하여 긴급하게 출국하여야 할 필요가 있다고 외교부장관이 인정하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2024.1.30>
