여권법 시행령 제30조(여권사용제한 등에 관한 고시)

법 제17조제2항(법 제14조제3항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)과 제3항에 따른 여권사용제한 등과 그 해제에 관한 고시는 관보에 게재하는 방법으로 한다. 이 경우 외교부장관은 여권사용제한 등의 대상 국가나 지역에 체류하는 국민에게 이러한 사실을 알릴 수 있는 방법을 마련하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
