Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fostering and Supporting Women Scientists and Engineers, Article 15 (Designation and Duties of Officers)

① 제14조에 따른 공공기관(이하 "공공기관"이라 한다)의 장은 법 제12조제1항에 따라 같은 항 각 호의 업무에 관한 전문성 및 지식을 갖춘 부서책임자급 이상인 사람을 2년 임기의 담당관으로 지정해야 한다. <개정 2024.7.30>
