여성기업지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제16조(여성기업 확인서의 발급 등)

① 법 제20조의2제2항에 따른 여성기업의 확인의 유효기간은 3년으로 한다.

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 법 제20조의2제2항에 따라 여성기업으로 확인한 경우에는 신청인에게 별지 제2호서식의 여성기업 확인서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 제2항에 따른 여성기업 확인서를 발급받은 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 구매정보망을 통하여 재발급받을 수 있다.

④ 제2항에 따른 여성기업 확인서를 발급받은 자는 여성기업 확인서의 내용 중 주소 및 지점현황이 변경된 경우 변경된 사실을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 중소벤처기업부장관에게 여성기업 확인서 기재사항의 변경을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>
