여신전문금융업법 제58조의2(이의신청)

① 제58조에 따른 과징금 부과처분에 대하여 불복하는 자는 그 처분의 고지를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 그 사유를 갖추어 금융위원회에 이의를 신청할 수 있다.

② 금융위원회는 제1항에 따른 이의신청에 대하여 60일 이내에 결정을 하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정으로 그 기간 이내에 결정을 할 수 없을 경우에는 30일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

③ 금융위원회는 제2항 단서에 따라 결정기간을 연장하는 경우에는 지체 없이 제1항에 따라 이의를 신청한 자에게 결정기간이 연장되었음을 통보하여야 한다.
