여신전문금융업법 제7조(허가ㆍ등록의 실시)

① 금융위원회는 제4조에 따른 허가신청서를 제출받은 날부터 3개월 안에 허가 여부를 결정하여 신청인에게 통보하여야 한다.

② 금융위원회는 제4조에 따른 등록신청서를 제출한 자가 제5조와 제6조의 요건에 맞는 경우에는 지체 없이 등록을 하고 그 사실을 신청인에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 금융위원회는 제4조에 따라 제출받은 서류에 잘못되거나 부족한 부분이 있으면 서류를 제출받은 날부터 10일 안에 보완을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 보완에 걸린 기간은 제1항에 따른 기간에 넣어 계산하지 아니한다.
