Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Special Research and Development Zones, Article 13 (Registration, etc. of Research Institute Companies)

① 법 제9조의3제1항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정한 기준에 적합한 회사"란 공공연구기관이 보유하는 주식(지분을 포함한다. 이하 같다)이 50퍼센트를 초과하는 신기술창업전문회사를 말한다.

③ 법 제9조의3제2항에 따라 연구소기업으로 등록하려는 기관 또는 회사는 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정하는 연구소기업 등록신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 과학기술정보통신부장관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

④ 법 제9조의3제2항 후단에 따라 연구소기업은 제3항에 따라 등록된 내용 중 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항이 변경되었을 때에는 그 변경된 날부터 30일 이내에 연구소기업 변경등록신청서에 그 변경된 사실을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
