연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제35조(입주계약의 해지 등에 관한 기간산입의 특례)

부지조성, 설계심사 및 각종 인ㆍ허가 과정에서 입주기관의 책임없는 사유로 지연된 기간 등 정당한 사유로 인하여 지체된 기간은 법 제40조제1항제1호 및 제3호의 기간에 산입하지 아니한다.
