Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Special Research and Development Zones, Article 38 (Incorporation Registration of the Promotion Foundation)

① 진흥재단의 설립등기는 과학기술정보통신부장관의 인가를 받은 날부터 2주 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
