연구직 및 지도직공무원의 임용 등에 관한 규정 제24조(시험과목 등)

① 연구직 및 지도직공무원의 직급별 임용시험과목은 별표 4와 같으며, 연구직 및 지도직공무원 공개경쟁 채용시험의 제1차시험 중 영어과목은 시험령 별표 3에서 정한 영어능력검정시험으로, 한국사과목은 같은 영 별표 4에서 정한 한국사능력검정시험으로 각각 대체한다. 이 경우 5급 및 7급 공무원의 공개경쟁채용시험의 영어능력검정시험 및 한국사능력검정시험의 기준점수 및 기준등급을 적용한다. <개정 2010.12.13, 2011.4.4, 2015.5.6, 2020.4.28>

② 임용시험의 출제수준은 연구관과 지도관의 경우에는 정책의 기획 및 관리에 필요한 능력ㆍ지식을 검정하고, 연구사와 지도사의 경우에는 전문 행정업무 수행에 필요한 능력ㆍ지식을 검정할 수 있는 정도로 한다. <개정 2010.12.13>

③ 시험 요구 기관의 장(공개경쟁 채용시험의 경우에는 시험 실시기관의 장을, 제23조제1항 본문 및 시험령 제26조제3항을 적용하는 경우에는 인사혁신처장을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)은 법 제28조제2항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따른 경력경쟁채용시험(이하 "경력경쟁채용시험"이라 한다)의 경우와 직무의 특수성 또는 직무와 시험과목과의 관련성을 고려하여 제1항 및 제11항의 시험과목으로 시험을 실시하는 것이 적당하지 아니하다고 인정할 경우에는 시험과목을 변경ㆍ축소 또는 확대할 수 있다. 다만, 전직시험의 경우에는 시험과목을 변경ㆍ축소 또는 확대할 수 없으며, 법 제28조제2항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따른 다수인을 대상으로 하지 아니한 시험의 경우에는 별표 4에서 정한 임용예정 직급별 시험과목 중 필수과목을 변경ㆍ축소 또는 확대할 수 없다. <개정 2010.12.13, 2011.5.23, 2011.11.1, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19>
